Document The Crappy Actions

Actions don't always equal to productivity. If you're the type of person who just sits on a mountain of crappy options that have to get done, and you keep telling yourself that you can't delegate it to someone else because it'll take you too long to document it, don't complain why you're not moving forward with your vision. Sometimes, it's a requirement to slow down and document the crappy actions, so you can focus on the more strategic things.
